01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dk888", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the dk888 platform, its operators, affiliates, and related entities responsible for operating the website accessible at dk888.io and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dk888 platform in any capacity, including browsing, account creation, depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the dk888 platform through which the Player accesses all gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Platform" — refers to the dk888 website at dk888.io, including all pages, features, games, sportsbook markets, payment interfaces, promotional tools, and support channels made available thereon.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all products and features available to registered Players on the Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, Megaways slots, and customer support.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any active bonus funds credited in accordance with a current promotion.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spin values, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by dk888 under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Player must wager a specified amount before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency accepted on the dk888 Platform for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by dk888 to confirm the identity, age, and residential details of a Player before processing certain transactions or withdrawals.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dk888 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or conditions governing individual games, promotions, payment methods, or features published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific set of rules for a particular feature or promotion, the specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

03 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the dk888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dk888 operates a strict 21+ policy across all Services. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or employee of dk888 or any of its affiliated entities. Employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from maintaining player accounts or participating in any wagering activity on the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the dk888 Platform or any related service operated by its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the dk888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification codes. You undertake to keep all registration information up to date and to notify dk888 promptly of any changes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• dk888 will never ask you to disclose your full password through any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from dk888 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.
• dk888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged by our risk management systems. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dk888 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dk888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing times vary by method and are published in the cashier section of the Platform.

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Player's Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposit processing times for other methods may vary.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. dk888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in the Player's name.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team during operational hours. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• dk888 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own fees, for which dk888 accepts no responsibility.
• Players may only deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of genuine gaming activity. Any use of the Platform's payment infrastructure for currency conversion, fund transfer, or money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• dk888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending KYC verification or investigation of any transaction that triggers our internal risk and anti-fraud controls. We will communicate the reason for any such suspension to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

dk888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions timed to events of significance to the Bangladeshi calendar (including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and national holidays). All promotions are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer and are published on the promotion's detail page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the promotion's individual terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least 30 times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible game categories count toward the Wagering Requirement.
• Free spins winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the same Wagering Requirement unless the individual promotion states a lower requirement.
• dk888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be informed of any material change to that promotion's terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be active in a Player's Account at any one time unless otherwise specified. Players who attempt to abuse promotions, create multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or otherwise exploit the bonus system will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. dk888 reserves the right to decline a bonus offer to any Player at its sole discretion, including to Players whose wagering patterns suggest professional or systematic play.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the dk888 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as published on the Platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, connectivity interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, dk888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance.

• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, ICC for international cricket, NBA for basketball). dk888's settlement decisions are final once confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or per game round are displayed within each game or market interface. dk888 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. dk888 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the results of any individual game session.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from regulated studios. In the event of a stream interruption during a live dealer round, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the studio's own technical procedures and the result communicated to the Player.
• Any bet placed after the closing of a market, or any bet accepted due to a system error after market closure, will be voided. dk888 is not liable for bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from an obvious error, and reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake.

08 Responsible Gaming

dk888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling behaviour. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible from within your Account settings, and our support team is trained to assist Players who have concerns about their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the session time limit is reached, the Player will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Players may activate periodic reminders that display the length of the current session and a summary of net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Promotional communications will cease immediately upon activation of self-exclusion.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to close their Account permanently may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent KYC verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate Platform functions.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live dealer table, or betting market.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to secure winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment reversals in relation to any deposit made to the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or dk888 staff members through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk888 Platform — including but not limited to the dk888 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, audio assets, and database structures — is the intellectual property of dk888 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, publicly performing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dk888.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk888 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds resulting from game outcomes generated by certified RNG systems operating within their normal parameters.
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or closure resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Losses resulting from the use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by local law, where the Player has circumvented geographic access controls.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or your disclosure of login credentials to a third party.

dk888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or pricing data, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose beyond recreational online gaming.

12 Amendments and Termination

dk888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

dk888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. In the event of termination for cause, dk888 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may forfeit such balance entirely.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the dk888 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
